TLC Support Services will consistently endeavour to provide you with a service that is of the highest quality.
Your individual service will be designed to meet your personal needs, whilst promoting and supporting your rights, choices, independence and quality of life.
We will work with you to design an individual package of care/support which may range from a few hours a week to 24 hours a day; providing you with the right support in order for you to continue to live as independently as possible in the home that you love.
Personal Support: Our team of professional care workers can assist you with;
- Maintaining your personal hygiene needs
- Dressing and undressing
- Getting up or going to bed
- Overseeing the use of prescribed medication
- Overnight care & support
Social Support: We are able to offer;
- Companionship on a regular or ad-hoc basis
- A ‘sitting service’ which provides relief to permanent/family carers
- Support to make & attend appointments
- Assistance to access leisure or recreational facilities
- Support to maintain community links
Domestic Support: If you require assistance round your home then we can help with;
- Completing or assisting with household chores on a regular or ‘one-off’ basis
- Supporting you with shopping
- Meal preparation
- Laundry services
