About Us
We are Tristan & Melanie Holland, the owners and managers of TLC Support Services.
TLC Support Services is a domiciliary care service based near Wotton-Under-Edge, Gloucestershire with the main aim of consistently delivering high quality care and support to people living in their own homes. Mel is our Registered Manager and ensures we are well led and never lose sight of our aims.
We both have extensive experience in managing care services and have gained recognised qualifications in management. In addition Mel is also a Registered Nurse and Tristan holds a Diploma of Higher Education (DipHE) in Health & Social Care.
Our family has first-hand experience of using community based care services so we understand how important it is to feel safe, secure and well-supported by a team of motivated, enabling and reliable care workers.
We really do understand how difficult it can be to choose the right care provider. As such we won’t make big promises that we can’t keep, or use gimmicks to entice you. What we can do is assure you that we are committed to establishing, delivering and maintaining a person-centred service that puts you in control of your support.
