TLC Support Services is a small, family-run operation that offers a professional, high quality service. Our focus is to put you at the centre of all that we do.
We are experienced care managers with local knowledge and links to a range of health & social care professionals.
We have experience of supporting:
- Younger adults (18-65 years)
- Older adults (over 65 years)
- Individuals with a Physical Disability
- People living with Dementia
- Service users with a Sensory Impairment
- People experiencing Mental health issues
- Adults with Learning disabilities
Our care workers are available 7 days a week with 24-hour support from the management team. Every team member undergoes rigorous pre-employment checks and receives ongoing training and support to ensure they can continue to meet the needs of the people we support.
